HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders within the continental U.S. under $50 and completely FREE for all orders over $50. 

We also ship to Australia and the European Union which costs $6.95 for orders under $59.99. Please remember you are 100% responsible for any duties or taxes if you are ordering outside of the USA.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our products ship within 7-14 days via UPS or USPS with a tracking number. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships! 

WHAT IS A COLLECTION CLOSING SALE?

Good question! Our goal at Newtons Designs. is to provide our customers with unique and new designs. This means regularly updating our collections with new styles while removing old ones. When we do this, we will sometimes have "collection closing" sales where we close down one collection in order to make room for a new one. These sales generally involve large discounts on our current products, which will be removed from the store and no longer available once the sale is over. These products may or may not return to our store at some point in the future.

 

CAN I REPLACE A DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order please email support@newtonsdesigns.com Orders can generally only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
